Check out in three steps

  1. Choose your care products. Review the product details, add your items to your cart and continue to standard checkout. You can check out as a guest.
  2. Select Truemed. Choose Truemed at the payment step. If Shop Pay opens first, select “Pay another way” or “More payment options” to find it.
  3. Follow the prompts and pay. Truemed shows the options for your items and any qualification steps. Use an HSA/FSA card for eligible expenses, or follow the personal-card reimbursement option shown. Keep your receipt and any supporting documents.

A few helpful answers

Do I need a Letter of Medical Necessity?

Some items qualify without one. For products requiring a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), complete Truemed's health survey. An independent licensed practitioner reviews it to determine whether the purchase qualifies for you.

Can I pay with a personal card?

Yes—follow the personal-card option in Truemed and request reimbursement for eligible expenses through your HSA/FSA administrator. Complete any required health survey on the purchase date, and keep your receipt and LMN if required. Your administrator's reimbursement rules apply.
